This is a full-time remote position for an Inside Sales Executive at Kolo. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in lead generation, communication, customer service, and sales. Your responsibilities will include engaging with potential clients, understanding their home construction and interior design needs, demonstrating the advantages of the Kolo platform, and converting leads into successful project engagements.

- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong sales and negotiation expertise
- Capacity to foster and sustain client relationships
- Demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing sales goals
- Self-driven and focused on meeting sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM systems
- Experience in the home construction or interior design industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience : 2 Years Minimum
CTC : 3-4 LPA
