About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling Cloud Solutions, SaaS Products,
Video Conferencing Solutions, Storage, and Server Infrastructure. You will be responsible
for generating new leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth
through inside sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
? Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online
networking.
? Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions from our
portfolio (Cloud, SaaS, Video Conferencing, Storage, and Server offerings).
? Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
? Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client and pipeline information.
? Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure solution fit and client
satisfaction.
? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
? Provide feedback from customers and market trends to improve products and sales
strategies.
? Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
? 3-5 years of experience in inside sales within IT infrastructure, Cloud, SaaS, or related
domains.
? Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing B2B clients.
? Strong understanding of Cloud (AWS, Azure, or similar), SaaS, and IT infrastructure
solutions.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
? Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
? Prior experience with IT distributors, system integrators, or managed service providers.
? Exposure to channel sales or partner management.
? Technical certification or sales training in Cloud or SaaS solutions is a plus.
