Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with businesses, coaching institutes, startups, and service providers through calls, emails, and online meetings.
Pitch Crestbell's services, including
website development, mobile apps, and digital marketing solutions
.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions.
Conduct online demos, presentations, and follow-ups with decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales updates to the Sales Head.
Requirements
Minimum
1-2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales
(IT Services / Digital Marketing / SaaS preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, virtual meetings, and client coordination.
Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated professional.
