Inside Sales Representative (Admission Counsellor)

to engage prospective learners, provide admission guidance, and convert leads into enrollments. The role involves

cold calling, lead follow-ups, and revenue generation

through effective counselling and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

Make

outbound cold calls

to prospective students from provided leads Handle

inbound calls and inquiries

related to courses and admissions

Counsel students

on programs, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities

Convert leads into successful admissions

through consistent follow-ups Achieve

monthly enrollment and revenue targets

Maintain accurate records Address objections and close admissions efficiently

Requirements

Experience in

inside sales / telesales / admission counselling

Strong

communication and persuasion skills

Proven ability in

cold calling and lead conversion

Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
