Job Description

We are urgently hiring for Inside Sales Executive position:

Lead Generation :

Identifying potential customers and determining their suitability for the company's products or services.

Customer Communication:

Engaging with prospects and existing clients via phone, email, and other virtual channels to understand their needs and present solutions.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations:

Effectively communicating product features and benefits to potential customers and negotiating terms for sales agreements.

Closing Deals:

Finalizing sales transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions within the CRM system.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.

Product Knowledge:

Staying informed about the company's products and services, as well as competitor offerings.
Example Requirements:

Experience:

Proven experience in business development or inside sales roles.

Skills:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Other:

Self-motivated, target-driven

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
