Job Description

Inside Sales Executive will responsible for managing sales activities from within the store or office environment. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, handling client inquiries, promoting jewellery collections, and ensuring smooth sales transactions to achieve individual and team sales target.

Engage with walk-in and online customers, understand their requirements, and provide product recommendations. Promote the brand's jewellery collections, designs, and offers to enhance sales performance. Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries to convert leads into confirmed sales. Maintain detailed knowledge of product specifications, pricing, and ongoing promotions. Generate and follow up on leads received from marketing and digital platforms. Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM system. uild long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with the dispatch and operations teams for order processing and delivery. Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
