Training will be provided to help you understand our offerings and develop your sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and send emails to potential customers.
Understand customer needs and share information about our IT products/services.
Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Schedule online meetings or product demos for senior sales teams.
Maintain customer data in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospects to support the sales process.
Learn and stay updated on company services and basic IT concepts.
Work towards achieving monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
Any graduate (BBA/BCA/B.Tech/B.Com/Any Stream).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of computers and IT products (training will be provided).
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to sales tools.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to work in a target-based role.
Strong listening and customer-handling skills.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
Basic knowledge of software, IT services, or cloud solutions.
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
Interest in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
