Shah Brothers is into manufacturing of Single Use Assemblies & crimped hose assemblies required for the Pharma and Biotech Industry. In addition, we are into sales and distribution of a range of process consumables and equipment which are required by companies manufacturing vaccines, injectables, biopharma, cell & gene therapies.

Our product range includes - biopharma connectors, silicone tubings & hoses, diaphragm pumps,single use solutions, filters, laboratory instruments and many more products. The company also provides after sales Service and backup support to clients.

Designation: Insides Sales executive

Job Summary: Shah Brothers is looking for Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets without field visits.

: 2 to 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and online platforms. Qualify inbound and outbound leads and understand customer requirements. Present products/services to potential customers via calls or virtual demos. Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records in CRM tools. Coordinate with stake holders and other teams for lead conversion. Handle customer objections and negotiate deals professionally. Understanding technical requirements and fulfilling. Solve the customers technical queries. Coordinating with internal sales coordinating team, dispatch team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred B.Sc. /B. Tech Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Chemistry or related field Experience 2 to 5 years in inside sales / telesales in biopharma or healthcare industry preferred Strong communication and persuasion skills Good listening and problem-solving skills Target-driven and self-motivated Proficient in MS Excel
