Job Description

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales through phone calls, emails, online meetings, and digital communication channels. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, presenting suitable products/services, and meeting sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calls, inbound inquiries, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer information and interactions. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

Understand customer requirements and promote products/services that meet their needs. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos via phone or online tools. Develop and send quotations, negotiate prices/terms, and close deals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

3. Customer Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business. Provide timely support and follow-up to maintain high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with operations, marketing, and service teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

4. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare regular sales reports regarding sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts. Maintain detailed records of all customer communications and transactions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
