We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive for a leading manufacturing company. The role involves handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, regular follow-ups with customers, and supporting the sales team in order closure and payment follow-ups. This position plays an important role in smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer enquiries through phone, email, and CRM Prepare quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, and order confirmations Follow up with customers for quotation approval, order confirmation, delivery status, and payments Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams for timely order execution Support sales negotiations, pricing discussions, and discount approvals Maintain customer data, enquiries, and follow-ups in CRM / ERP systems Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (MIS) Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal sales processes

Requirements

3 to 6 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Sales Coordination Experience in manufacturing or industrial sales environment preferred Strong follow-up, coordination, and customer handling skills Basic understanding of sales negotiation and commercial terms Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word Experience with CRM / ERP software (SAP, Tally, Zoho, etc. is an advantage) Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Education

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
