Key Responsibilities
As an
Inside Sales Executive
, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle of our software products (especially
SalesFundaa CRM/ERP
), executed entirely via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Your primary duties will include:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Proactively conduct high-volume
outbound cold calling
and email outreach to target SMBs and corporate clients across India.
Product Demonstration:
Deliver compelling, customized
virtual demonstrations
of the SalesFundaa CRM/ERP and other software solutions, effectively articulating their value proposition.
Needs Assessment:
Consult with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and requirements to recommend the best-fit software solution.
Pipeline Management:
Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline from initial contact to closure, accurately forecasting sales and reporting activities in the internal CRM.
Achieve Targets:
Consistently meet or exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets (quota) for software licenses and service contracts.
Negotiation & Closing:
Handle pricing negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals efficiently.
Market Feedback:
Gather and relay market feedback on product features and competitive intelligence to the product development and management teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential:
1-3 years of proven experience
in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Business Development, preferably in a
software (SaaS), IT services, or technology
environment.
A strong record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Proficiency in managing sales cycles and customer data using
CRM software
.
A high degree of self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and a
target-driven mindset
.
Familiarity with web-conferencing tools for conducting remote sales presentations.
Preferred:
Experience selling ERP, CRM, or other complex business management software.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
