Our in-house sales team is central to our growth strategy, and we are looking for a motivated individual to drive new business acquisition.
Position Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to focus on B2B sales of IT hardware products. This role requires proactive lead generation through online research and cold calling, building strong customer relationships, explaining technical details, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to payment collection.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and generate new B2B business opportunities and contacts using online resources, Google searches, professional networks, and market research.
Prospecting & Outreach:
Gather potential client contact information (email, WhatsApp, mobile number) and initiate contact through cold calls, emails, and messaging to introduce our IT hardware products.
Product Expertise & Presentation:
Develop a deep understanding of our IT hardware products' technical specifications, features, and benefits. share product brochures, and explain technical details to prospective clients.
Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial qualification of leads to negotiation and deal closure.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Negotiation & Payment:
Convince customers to make payments and negotiate price & payemnt terms to secure profitable deals while ensuring client needs are met.
Documentation & Reporting:
Accurately record all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales data within our CRM system and prepare regular reports on sales performance.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
Proven experience in an inside sales or B2B sales role, preferably within the IT hardware, electronics, or related technology industry.
Product Knowledge (Added Advantage):
Experience with sales of specific IT hardware products, particularly
Touch Monitors
and
Mini PCs
, will be a significant advantage.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English are a must-have requirement
.
Language Skills (Added Advantage):
Knowledge of Hindi and/or Kannada for effective client communication is a plus.
Sales Skills:
Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills. A proactive, self-motivated approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Technical Aptitude:
Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications to a non-technical audience.
IT Proficiency:
Knowledge and MS Office Excelsheet & word Suite is essential for managing leads and data.
