Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
B2B Sales Executive
to expand Cherry Merry's presence across corporate clients, retail chains, gyms, cafes, wellness centers, distributors, and hospitality partners. This role requires strong relationship-building, on-ground sales execution, and the ability to drive revenue growth in the B2B segment.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients (corporates, cafes, fitness centres, boutique stores, hotels, cloud kitchens, etc.).
Generate and convert leads through calls, and networking.
Client Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Understand client requirements and provide product recommendations.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate pricing, close orders, and ensure repeat business.
Conduct product sampling, demos, and presentations to B2B buyers.
Market Expansion
Expand Cherry Merry's presence across Bangalore and Tier 1 & 2 markets.
Identify potential distributors and channel partners.
Operations & Reporting
Ensure timely order fulfilment in coordination with supply/ops team.
Maintain MIS, daily sales reports, and customer databases.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Required Skills & Experience
1-1.5 years of experience in
B2B Sales
, preferably in FMCG, F&B, health foods, beverages, or D2C brands.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of Bangalore market (preferable).
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
