Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive
Inside Sales Executive
to support
7HNG's integrated service ecosystem
, including government service facilitation, digital and enterprise solutions, partner programs, and service-center operations. The role involves
outbound calling, lead engagement, service pitching, and client/partner coordination
to drive onboarding, service adoption, and revenue growth across multiple verticals. The candidate will work closely with sales, operations, and program teams to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales & Client Outreach
Make outbound calls to potential clients, partners, and service seekers to introduce
7HNG's service offerings across all verticals.
Pitch relevant solutions from 7HNG's integrated service portfolio, covering citizen-centric services, partner programs, digital enablement, and enterprise solutions.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads based on defined business criteria.
Handle client queries, objections, and concerns professionally to enable conversions or onboarding.
Lead Management & Target Achievement
Meet assigned monthly sales, outreach, or onboarding targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing leads.
Product & Service Knowledge
Build a working understanding of 7HNG's service portfolio, business models, and partner programs.
Stay updated on relevant government services, digital platforms, and market developments.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain softcopy documentation of client interactions and feedback.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports to the reporting manager.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate or higher qualification (any discipline)
6 months to 1 year of experience in inside sales, tele sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement roles
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt in a startup environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Multilingual proficiency is mandatory
- English and Hindi preferred; Assamese, Bengali, or any other Northeast regional language is an added advantage
