Responsibilities and Duties:

-Manage inbound & outbound calls, and messages.
-Identify potential customers and build strong client relationships.
-Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
-Generate new leads and requirements from the client over the phone.
-Explain the service & solutions to the customers over the phone, keeping and building a strong relationship with the existing clients.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Proficient in Assamese, Hindi, and English

Female

Tele Caller Executive Preferred.

Experience:

1+ years in sales, telecalling, Telesales, or a similar role (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Guwahati, Assam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
