Position Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team and drive our online sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in the area of sales strategy, customer engagement, sales funnel management, product knowledge and sales reporting.

Job Responsibilities:



Online Sales Strategy:



Develop and implement a comprehensive online sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base. Identify and explore new online sales channels and opportunities. Incorporate SEO based techniques on our website and continuously evolve better.

Customer Engagement:



Engage with potential customers through various online platforms, including email, social media, and live chat. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and providing product information.

Sales Funnel Management:



Manage the online sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion processes.

Product Knowledge:



Stay informed about our products and services, demonstrating in-depth knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed.

Sales Reporting:



Utilize sales analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular reports on sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Inside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital sales channels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Tech-savvy with proficiency in online sales tools and CRM software. Serve as the point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
