Job Description

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years \xc2\xb7 Must have experienced in Government E-Market Place, Driving Sales and business opportunities in the form of Government bids and tenders through GEM/ E-Procurement Portal. \xc2\xb7 Should be able to update product/service catalogue in GEM portal. \xc2\xb7 Deletion or Updating of New product /Specification/prices. \xc2\xb7 Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid submit the documents in stipulated time limits on the above-mentioned portals. \xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of Government Tender Online & Offline Filling. Should have the knowledge of submission of Bids like Bunch Bid, Reverse Bid, Custom Bid and Normal Bid. \xc2\xb7 Lead Generation and handling from different sources \xc2\xb7 Contact Potential or existing customers to inform them about a products. \xc2\xb7 A Sales Coordinator requires strong interpersonal and organisational skills, able to respond to any enquiries via telephone or computer, so computer literacy is a vital asset. \xc2\xb7 Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. \xc2\xb7 Reach out to customer/Distributors leads through reference calling \xc2\xb7 Enter and update customer information in the database. \xc2\xb7 Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information \xc2\xb7 Know Your Customer (KYC): Pain Point Define a problem and offer a Solution with the help of concern department. \xc2\xb7 Resolving the Objection Statement with the help of Concern Department \xc2\xb7 Assist the Sales Team for various requirement \xc2\xb7 Follow up and Customer distributor Enquiry reply Requisites: \xc2\xb7 He should have good Email and Microsoft Excel skills \xc2\xb7 The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines with good communication skills \xc2\xb7 Candidate should have excellent communication skills, personality, and passion to perform in Marketing and sales function.
