We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales (Specialist) to contribute in Customer Acquisitions for our company. You will be responsible for identifying and closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective tele sales executive must be:
Experienced, Loud, enthusiastic, an excellent communicator, having superior people skills and loads of positive attitude.
You must be comfortable with presenting products or services.
The goal is to grow the customer base.
What will you be doing?
Achieve the set targets to contribute to company's objective
Contacting potential or existing customers to make them aware about our products
Update customer information in relevant systems (CRM, MS Office)
Go the "extra mile" to and facilitate future sales
What skills do you need to have?
Good knowledge of computers (e.g. browser & MS Office) and telephone systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Language skills-Understand & speak-English & Hindi, min. any one regional language (optional),Preferably Kannada.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Experience as tele sales representatives or other sales proven track record of meeting targets
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1 to 3 yrs experience in tele sales. Basic graduation is compulsory.
