An Inside Sales Executive identifying and qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals while maintaining accurate records in a CRM and collaborating with other teams. Key responsibilities include building a sales pipeline, nurturing relationships, and achieving sales targets
Lead generation and client management:
Identify and build relationships with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels.
Sales and negotiation:
Present properties to potential buyers, answer inquiries, provide market information, and negotiate sales agreements and contracts to close deals.
Client and pipeline management:
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database in a CRM system, manage the sales pipeline, and track sales activities.
Sales and reporting:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Market knowledge:
Stay informed about real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Collaboration:
Work with marketing to create promotional materials and with other teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Customer service:
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and post-sale.
