POSITION -

Inside Sales Engineer

JOB LOCATION -

Kolkata

CANDIDATE PROFILE -

B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication / Instrumentation.

WORK EXPERIENCE -

Candidates should have min 2-5 years of experience in back office technical support job.

SALARY -

Rs. 2 - Rs. 4.5 Lakhs Per Annum.

JOB DESCRIPTION -

1.

Responding to RFPs and RFQs:

Submit quotations and participate in tenders by creating relevant documents / solutions with inputs from the sales personnel.

2.

Respond to Clarifications:

Provide clarification responses to potential or existing customers which could be either Commercial or Technical in nature.

3.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support to the sales / service team and customers, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and answering technical inquiries.

4.

Procurement and Logistics:

Provide timely information to the procurement and logistics team to ensure proper inventories can be maintained / ordered and customer materials can be dispatched on time.

5.

Dispatch Clearance and Invoice:

Provide dispatch clearance and invoicing details to Logistics and Finance team in the required formats to ensure billing and dispatch formalities and completed without any issues.

6.

Customer Relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.

7.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

8.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

9.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and service to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.

10.

Reporting:

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.

Key Skills-

Experience in inside sales or customer service roles.
Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and products.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹37,000.00 per month
