Job Title: Inside Sales Engineer

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

CTC: ?2 - ?4.5 LPA

Industry: Industrial Automation / Process Instruments / Gas Detection

Job Responsibilities

Handle RFQs, RFPs, quotations and tender documentation

Provide technical and commercial clarification to customers

Support sales and service teams with technical inputs and product presentations

Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for inventory planning and timely dispatch

Share dispatch clearance and invoicing details with finance team

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities

Prepare MIS, sales reports, forecasts and analysis

Desired Candidate Profile

B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation or Telecommunication

2 - 5 years experience in inside sales / technical support / back - office sales

Knowledge of industrial automation products is preferred

Good communication, coordination and documentation skills
