We are looking for energetic and technically skilled

Inside Sales Engineers

to join our sales team at

Nesans Mining and Automation Pvt. Ltd.

, Coimbatore. The selected candidates will handle inquiries and customers from

various regions across India

, prepare technical and commercial quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and online platforms. Prepare accurate

technical and commercial quotations

as per customer requirements. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable

crushing, screening, washing, and recycling equipment

. Coordinate with

Design, Production, and Service

teams for technical support and order follow-up. Support

field sales engineers

with documentation, proposal drafting, and pricing. Follow up on quotations and maintain customer records using ERP/CRM systems. Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and submit regular sales and inquiry reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Experience:

0-3 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).

Technical Knowledge:

Basic understanding of industrial machinery (crusher, screening, and washing systems preferred). Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP tools.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and analytical abilities. Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.

Languages Known:

We have openings to handle customers from

all regions across India

Preference will be given to candidates proficient in multiple languages:

Hindi Marathi English Tamil
(Knowledge of other regional languages is an added advantage.)
