Job Location - Noida - Sec 65

Working Days - 6 days working (1st & 3rd Saturday off)

Qualification - B.tech or B.E. or Diploma (Electrical/Electronics)

Non-Engineers do not apply

Only Female preferred

Key Responsibilities:



1. Describe products/services to customers, highlighting features and benefits.

2. Identify customer needs and explain how products/services can address them.

3. Support the sales team in improving lead conversion rates.

4. Conduct follow-up calls with existing customers to:

- Gather feedback on product/service experience.

- Identify potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

- Build customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals.

6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.

Skills and Qualifications:



2. Strong product knowledge and ability to articulate value propositions.

3. Proven sales and customer service experience.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This role requires a results-driven and customer-focused individual who can effectively communicate product value and build strong customer relationships.
