Role Description:
RAAH Group is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled
Sales Engineer
for our Pune location. This full-time, on-site role involves handling quotations, sales engineering, providing technical support, and engaging in sales activities. The Sales Engineer will work closely with customers, providing technical solutions, generating leads, and driving the sales process to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand our product/service's technical features, functionalities, and benefits.
Study customer Enquiries/RFQs, analyze specifications, and prepare relevant solutions.
Identify customer needs, pain points, and business challenges to propose the best solutions.
Generate leads and proactively reach out to potential customers.
Communicate with customers and prospects via calls, emails, and in-person visits.
Address and resolve client queries and complaints in a timely manner.
Prepare and draft proposals, quotes, and other sales documents.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) data.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Wanowrie, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
Inside sales: 3 years (Preferred)
