1. Inside Sales Engineer (Female Candidates Only)

Education:

BE - Mechanical / Electrical / Civil

Experience:

Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in software sales

Compensation:

Freshers - ?18,000 in-hand; Experienced - as per interview

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound leads, outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. Explain and promote software solutions such as Creo Parametric, E-Plan, Altair, Mesys, and others. Build strong engagement with prospects to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions. Qualify leads and share high-potential opportunities with the sales team. Research industries and accounts to prepare focused proposals based on customer needs. Maintain an updated database of prospects and track all sales activities.

2. Inside Sales Manager - Engineering & Digital Manufacturing Solutions

Experience:

8-10 years in Inside Sales or Lead Generation within engineering or manufacturing domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Inside Sales Engineers to achieve weekly and monthly lead targets. Engage directly with mid-size and large accounts for prospecting, nurturing, and supporting closures. Ensure CRM accuracy and maintain strong follow-up discipline. Review team performance, monitor pipelines, and drive consistent lead progression. Coordinate with Marketing and Field Sales teams on campaigns and key accounts. Conduct regular training on technical and value-focused selling. Improve processes, calling scripts, and reporting to enhance conversions.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of engineering software (CAD/CAM/PLM preferred). Excellent communication and consultative selling skills. Proficiency with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Proven team leadership experience with hands-on involvement in day-to-day activities. Organized, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B environment.
