Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for inbound/outbound sales inquiries.
Understand customer technical needs and recommend appropriate products/solutions.
Collaborate with field sales engineers, product managers, and technical support.
Generate quotes, proposals, and follow up with clients to close deals.
Manage CRM data, track sales activities, and maintain client records.
Conduct product presentations and technical demos remotely.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Support marketing efforts by providing product input, content ideas, and attending trade webinars/events.
