Applications Engineer / Inside Sales

Work Experience: 2+ years in Sales - Engineering Products like Valves, Pumps, Pipe-Fittings.

Education: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any other Degree with relevant work experience.

Computer Software's: MS Excel , MS Word, Powerpoint

Language: Good proficiency in English - Speaking and Writing. Should be able to draft Emails, prepare quotes.

Basic understanding of Business Activities, SCM and CRM.

Responsibilities:

Prepare Quotations

Follow up on Open Quotes

Customer Account Management - Order Tracking, PO Follow up

Co-ordinating with Vendors for Technical Data, Drawings

Prepare Material Test Reports.

Cold Calling and Sending Introduction Emails to existing and prospective customers.

Helping customers with Technical Details and GA Drawings.

Co-ordinating with Logistics and Vendors to ensure on-time delivery of goods.

Visiting existing and new customers to generate more inquiry and increase sales.

Digital marketing on Linkedin and other social media.

Payment Follow-up.

Occasional Visit to Warehouse for Stock Taking and Inspection.

Joining: Immediate.

Salary : Depends on experience, as per industry standard.
