Inside Sales Engineer

Job Description



Identify and develop new clients across industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Understand client needs. Prepare and deliver detailed technical proposals and quotations. Generate inquiries and convert them into orders (India mart, Trad India) Keep track of market trends, pricing, and competitors. Coordinate with the design, production, and service teams to ensure timely execution. Ensure customer feedback is communicated internally for product improvement. Maintain CRM entries, client databases, and daily visit reports. Support in commercial negotiation and contract finalization. Address customer complaints or concerns post-sale in coordination with service engineers.

Qualification :



DIPLOMA OR BE IN MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL WITH BASIC ENGINEERING CONCEPTS

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
