Key Responsibilities



Counsel prospective students and parents about educational programs and guide them through the admission process. Achieve monthly and quarterly

admission / sales targets

by converting leads into enrollments. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to ensure effective lead conversion. Maintain updated records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM / MIS tools. Build strong student relationships to ensure trust and long-term engagement. Collaborate with team members to achieve group targets and maintain a positive work environment. Work extended hours if required to meet business goals.

Excellent English communication skills

to dynamic work requirements. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a high-pressure, competitive environment. Comfortable with

and extended shift hours if required.

Qualifications & Experience



Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline. 1-5 years of experience in inside sales / counseling, preferably in the

education or training industry

. Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
