Counsel prospective students and parents about educational programs and guide them through the admission process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
admission / sales targets
by converting leads into enrollments.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to ensure effective lead conversion.
Maintain updated records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM / MIS tools.
Build strong student relationships to ensure trust and long-term engagement.
Collaborate with team members to achieve group targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Work extended hours if required to meet business goals.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
1-5 years of experience in inside sales / counseling, preferably in the
education or training industry

Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
