Inside Sales Executive

Experience:

6 Months - 3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and lead nurturing. Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service solutions. Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. Follow up with leads to convert them into sales. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM records with updated customer interactions and sales activities. Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead generation.

Required Skills:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Target-oriented with a proven track record in sales (preferred). Good knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools. Self-motivated and persuasive personality.

Qualification:



Graduate in any discipline.
