Inside Sales & Digital Marketing Executive (Female Only)

1. Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and confident Inside Sales & Digital Marketing Executive
(Female) who will handle both lead generation through calling and digital marketing activities.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with clients, coordinating with the sales
team, and maintaining a consistent online presence for the company.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Inside Sales Responsibilities (Primary Role)
? Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers including architects, builders,
contractors, industries, factories, and institutions.
? Explain product offerings such as gates, shutters, doors, turnstiles, boom barriers, high-speed
doors, dock levelers, etc.
? Identify, qualify, and generate new leads.
? Maintain and update lead databases, calling sheets, and CRM entries.
? Handle inquiries from India MART, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, and other
platforms.
? Schedule meetings for the sales team and coordinate follow-ups.
? Maintain excellent communication discipline until conversion or closure.
B. Digital Marketing Responsibilities (Secondary Role)
? Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
? Create simple posts, stories, and reels using Canva (training can be provided).
? Coordinate with external designers for advanced creatives.
? Update Google Business Profile regularly.
? Upload product listings on website, India MART, and other platforms.
? Respond to online messages, inquiries, and comments.
? Prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports (reach, engagement, leads).
3. Required Skills & Competencies
Sales Skills
? Strong verbal communication in Hindi & basic English.
? Confident in pitching on phone.
? Excellent follow-up and persuasion skills.
? Ability to understand customer needs and explain products clearly.
Digital Marketing Skills
? Basic understanding of online marketing & social media trends.
? Canva designing skills preferred.
? Ability to post content and maintain brand presence.
? Basic knowledge of boosting posts and lead ads (optional but beneficial).
Soft Skills
? Positive and confident personality
? Presentable appearance
? Target-oriented attitude
? Punctual and disciplined
? Fast learner with a proactive approach
4. Qualification & Experience
? Graduate in any stream
? Preferred: BBA / MBA / Marketing / Mass Communication
? Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers with good communication can also apply)
5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
? Daily call volume & quality of calls
? Number of leads generated
? Follow-up frequency
? Meetings scheduled for sales team
? Daily India MART response rate
? Number of weekly social media posts
? Monthly digital performance report
? Lead conversion support
6. Additional Requirements
? Female candidates only
? Should be stable and willing to work long-term
? Work timing: 10 AM - 6:30 PM
? Should be well-groomed and professional
