Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate qualified leads from the
US and Canada markets
.
Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to engage prospects.
Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments with Business Development Managers.
Maintain accurate records and pipeline reports in CRM (Zoho CRM preferred).
Collaborate with marketing to improve conversion and lead nurturing.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation in an IT company.
Proven experience dealing with North American clients.
Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead databases (Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
Strong analytical and follow-up skills.
