Act as an
individual contributor
while also managing and mentoring a team of sales counselors.
Set monthly/quarterly
sales targets
, plan strategies, and ensure achievement of individual and team goals.
Take complete
ownership
of the Online MBA admissions process, from lead generation to conversion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
universities
and manage partnership requirements.
Be flexible to
travel
for meetings, training, and partnership discussions.
Monitor team performance, motivate members, and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
Prepare regular reports, track KPIs, and implement corrective measures where required.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in
Inside Sales / Educational Counseling
with Online MBA or higher education programs.
Strong leadership and
team management
capabilities.
Hands-on experience in
target setting, planning, and achieving results
.
Ability to work independently as well as manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Hardworking, resilient, and flexible with extended working hours when required.
Willingness to
travel
and engage with universities for partnerships and collaborations.
