Inside Sales/ Customer Support Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts.

- Explain product features and provide accurate information to customers.

- Respond to inbound customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

- Maintain and update customer databases and call records.

- Generate sales leads and ensure follow-ups for conversions.

- Build positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet targets.

- Understand customer requirements and prepare quotations accordingly

-Send quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations via email

Required Skills & Competencies:



- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to persuasively present products and handle objections.

- Basic computer proficiency for CRM and data entry.

- Adaptability to scripts and customer needs with patience and positivity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
