About the Role
As an Inside Sales Counselor at Swad Institute, your main focus will be connecting with potential students over phone calls, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right courses. You'll act as the first point of contact for inquiries, building trust and converting leads into admissions through effective communication.
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to potential students from our leads database.
Explain Swad Institute's course offerings clearly and engagingly.
Understand student requirements and suggest the most suitable course.
Follow up with interested students to close admissions.
Maintain proper records of calls and student interactions in CRM/Excel.
Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and convincing skills (English, Gujarati, and Hindi are a plus).
Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
Previous telesales or counseling experience preferred, but not mandatory.
Ability to handle objections and turn interest into enrollment.
Basic computer and phone handling skills.
