Develop a comprehensive understanding of Suraasa products and effectively articulate offerings to potential customers.
Engage with potential customers, identify key pain points, and create personalized growth journeys to drive product purchases aligned with career objectives.
Counsel leads on personal growth prospects in the education industry.
Maintain excellent rapport with leads, ensuring customer satisfaction and generating referrals.
Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Stay informed about market trends, actively participate in brainstorming sessions for new growth strategies.
Utilize CRM to track leads and manage pipelines daily.
