About the Role



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Inside Sales Coordinator

with strong sales coordination skills and hands-on experience in

Zoho CRM

. The ideal candidate should come from a manufacturing, industrial, machinery, or any product-based industry background and be comfortable handling customer communication across multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Coordination & Support



Handle inbound inquiries and provide product information, pricing, quotations, and proposals. Prepare and issue sales quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-up communications. Track sales orders from initiation until dispatch with accuracy and timeliness. Assist the sales team in coordinating customer requirements and follow-ups.

CRM & Reporting



Maintain and update

Zoho CRM

for leads, opportunities, accounts, and customer interactions. Generate and share CRM-based reports and dashboards for management review. Maintain documentation such as customer databases, sales records, and product catalogs.

Customer Communication



Handle customer calls, emails, and RFQs professionally. Coordinate delivery timelines, payments, and customer service requirements. Provide after-sales coordination and ensure customer satisfaction.

Internal Coordination



Liaise with production, logistics, and accounts teams for order fulfillment. Check stock availability and update customers accordingly. Resolve customer issues by coordinating with relevant departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications



2-3 years of experience

in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination in manufacturing, heavy machinery, or product-based industries.

Proficiency in Zoho CRM

(mandatory). Strong understanding of quotations, sales documentation, and order processing. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Strong MS Excel knowledge (Pivot, VLOOKUP, reporting). Detail-oriented with good organizational and coordination abilities.
