Role Description:
We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by handling key customer accounts, managing order processing, coordinating internal teams, and preparing sales reports. The role involves inside sales support, customer follow-ups, and ensuring smooth execution of sales orders from enquiry to dispatch.
Responsibilities
Handle assigned
key customer accounts
and act as the primary point of contact
Coordinate with sales team to manage enquiries, quotations, and order confirmations
Process sales orders accurately in ERP/CRM and track order status
Perform
inside sales activities
, including customer follow-ups and lead coordination
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for timely order execution
Ensure proper documentation such as quotations, sales orders, invoices, and dispatch details
Prepare and maintain
sales reports
, order tracking reports, and customer data
Follow up on pending payments in coordination with the accounts team
Address customer queries related to orders, delivery timelines, and documentation
Maintain updated customer records and communication history in CRM
Qualifications & Skills:
Any graduate (Commerce / Business / Management preferred)
Experience in B2B / industrial sales environment is an added advantage
Experience in sales coordination / inside sales / order processing
Strong customer handling and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Familiarity with CRM / ERP systems
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
