We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales process by coordinating with clients, sales representatives, and internal departments. The role involves managing inquiries, preparing quotations, following up with customers, and ensuring smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound sales inquiries and generate leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product details to clients.
Coordinate with the external sales team for order follow-ups and client updates.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and orders in CRM or ERP systems.
Support marketing activities such as email campaigns, product promotions, and exhibitions.
Follow up on pending payments, order dispatches, and after-sales feedback.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
