AMMA

To monitor and receive Enquiries brought from Business Promotion Team.
To receive, attend and coordinate with the Customers via phone call against their product requirements.
To receive and reply to all messages of Social Platforms messages of customers against their product requirements.
To share the technical and commercial product details for the customers during the coordination.
To act smart and efficiently coordinate with customers to develop interest and trust on our product ensuring their satisfaction both technically and commercially.
To invite customers of call to visit our stores at respective places.
To greet and share Store locations, Technical brochures of the product and link of Instagram, Facebook and you tube for detailed idea and knowledge of product.
To work consistently converting the leads to sale part.
To keep a record of all customers, their status of purchase, sale completed and all related status updating in a spread sheet for Company's review.
To call all customers and do maintain a continuous followup with all enquiring customers.
To maintain all reports prominently on Company Standards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
