As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be pivotal in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities while supporting the sales team's efforts. This position requires a blend of research skills, communication abilities, and organizational prowess.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Support:
Identify potential business partners using various tools and references.
Evaluate the relevance and potential of prospective partners.
Initiate contact with potential partners and align them with the sales team.
Technology Research:
Explore technology events to discover new technology companies.
Conduct in-depth research on identified companies for potential inclusion in solution offerings.
Documentation and Agreements:
Manage and complete documentation with new technology companies, including NDAs and partnership agreements.
Ecosystem Coordination:
Liaise with team members, partners, and OEMs to gather and share information related to systems, projects, and PoCs/Demos.
Attend meetings and transcribe notes into comprehensive emails for team members.
Event Management:
Set up and organize webinars with technology partners.
Sales Support:
Prepare sales quotations and proposals.
Required Skills:
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using AI tools such as Perplexity AI, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Copilot, and other advanced platforms for sales optimization and workflow efficiency.
Attention to detail, especially in documentation and information gathering.
Proficiency in organizing and managing events.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with technology trends and the tech industry landscape.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Experience in sales coordination or a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
