We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into customers through effective communication over phone, email, and online channels. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to understand customer needs to provide suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
Qualify leads obtained through marketing campaigns, digital channels, and inbound inquiries.
Schedule meetings or demos for the field sales or business development team.
Maintain and update CRM with all interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and present sales proposals when required.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and other internal teams for smooth customer communication.
Provide timely reports on sales activities, conversions, and forecasts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, or Lead Generation roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
Familiarity with CRM tools
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
