Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Pricing Management:

Prepare timely and accurate pricing for global customers based on cost, market trends, and margin guidelines.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Work closely with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to obtain updated raw material costs, availability, and lead times.

Market Tracking:

Monitor and record price fluctuations for key ingredients, including botanical extracts, mushroom powders, vitamins, amino acids, and nutraceuticals.

Database Maintenance:

Maintain a structured, accurate, and regularly updated pricing database.

Quotation Management:

Prepare and share quotations within defined timelines and follow up proactively with customers.

Competitor & Market Analysis:

Regularly observe competitor pricing and global market trends for popular ingredients.

Reporting:

Provide weekly pricing and market trend updates to management to support strategic decision-making.

Priority Handling:

Work closely with Management to manage and prioritize urgent pricing requests.

Logistics Coordination:

Collaborate with the logistics team to obtain freight quotations and incorporate them into FOB, CIF, and DDP pricing.

Documentation Coordination:

Coordinate with QC/QA teams for customized documentation and product-specific requirements.

Analytical Skills:

Apply strong numerical and analytical abilities to ensure accurate cost calculations and pricing decisions.

Attention to Detail:

Ensure high precision in pricing, documentation, and communication.

Trade Knowledge:

Demonstrate a basic understanding of international trade terms such as FOB, CIF, and DDP/DDU.

Industry Experience:

Experience in botanical extracts, nutraceutical ingredients, or B2B ingredients is a strong advantage.

Anticipates needs, proposes solutions, and supports a fast-paced, global business environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
