Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with
new and existing buyers
to build strong business relationships
Coordinate with sales teams, clients, and forwarders to ensure seamless order execution
Assist in preparing sales quotations, proforma invoices, and basic export documents
Maintain and update
buyer data and interactions in the CRM system
Support follow-ups with buyers, and internal departments.
Track shipment schedules and provide timely updates to clients
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
Preferred: Candidates from FMCG or Agro Commodities industry
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
Positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
