Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

Making calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

Lead Generation:

Identifying and qualifying potential customers who may be interested in a company's offerings.

Sales:

Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.

Customer Service:

Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM system.

Follow-up:

Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.

Target Achievement:

Meeting sales targets and contributing to team performance.
Skills Required:

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Interpersonal:

Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

Customer Handling:

Ability to handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
