We have requirement of inside sales coordinator for Urla Raipur location:

Location: Urla Industrial area Raipur.

Salary: 18000/- to 25000/- PM

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Job Duties in Brief

Interact with customers to provide them with sales and quotation follow-up Assist sales representatives and technical support personnel with product demonstration equipment Send correspondence to customers Assist customers who come in-person to the office Coordinate and provide follow-up on job leads in order to determine our success in securing business based on leads generated to Field Sales In association with the Manager, Strategic Accounts, assume account responsibility for assigned house accounts in order to build a relationship, support their roofing activities, and increase business Oversee Microsoft CRM administration and management, coordinating data input efforts of reps and assisting with reporting results Delivering exceptional customer service and managing customer relations. Coordinating with the sales team to manage schedules and appointments. Maintaining and updating sales records and generating sales reports. Processing orders and coordinating logistics with the operations team. Assisting in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals. Handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints. Coordinating marketing materials and sales campaigns
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
