Key Responsibilities
Deliver clear, engaging, and customised online product demos through platforms like Google Meet and Zoom.
Handle inbound leads, qualify potential clients, and implement effective follow-up strategies to close deals.
Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and successful product adoption.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM.
Work closely with product and marketing teams by sharing customer insights to help drive product and service improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
6 months to 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related role (internships included).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to conduct impactful product presentations.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain solid client relationships.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and consistent in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Professional fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
