Inside Sales Associate - IT Solutions (Remote-Consultant)
We are looking for a sharp, high-energy
Inside Sales Associate
to work remotely and drive
top-of-the-funnel lead generation, qualification, and engagement
for our full IT product and services portfolio.
This is
not a field sales role
. You will prospect, qualify, and schedule meetings with decision-makers across industries, supported by senior BDMs for closures.
You will generate leads and drive top-of-funnel sales across all IT categories including hardware, cloud, software licensing, and our structured programs like DLM and Smart EPP. Your focus will be on prospecting, qualifying, scheduling meetings, and supporting closures through structured inside sales campaigns.

Total Earning Potential:
15000-60000+/month (based on performance).
Work Timings: 8-8:30 Hours a day. (Monday to Friday and Half Day on Saturday)
Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach
Make 600-1,000 targeted cold calls/month across IT buyers
Generate qualified conversations with decision-makers (IT, Finance, HR, Admin, CXO level)
Use company CRM (Odoo) to log, track, and update all lead activities
Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) Generation
Book and confirm at least 25-50 SQLs/month
Share proposal templates or product decks post-qualification.
Schedule demos or discovery calls for BDMs or Product Heads
You're a Great Fit If You:
Have 1-4 years of inside sales or lead generation experience
Are comfortable cold-calling mid to large Indian businesses and C-Level
Have basic understanding of IT products (hardware, cloud, software)
Can manage structured CRM updates daily
Are proactive, well-spoken, and metrics-driven
Are open to half-day working Saturdays for training reasons.

Knows to use Lusha, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Google Sheets, Drive, Docs
