Roles & Responsibilities

Handle

inbound and outbound sales calls

for medical equipment and healthcare services. Explain medical products (BiPAP, CPAP, Oxygen Concentrators, Beds, Wheelchairs, etc.) to patients and caregivers using

clinical knowledge

. Provide

guidance on product usage, safety, and medical benefits

in simple, easy-to-understand terms. Assess customer needs based on the patient's condition and recommend the right solution (rental or purchase). Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure

timely order fulfillment

. Maintain follow-up with customers for renewals, upgrades, and consumables (filters, masks, spare parts). Upsell/cross-sell related healthcare products based on patient requirements. Record all customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and reporting.

Key Skills Required

Certified Nurse (GNM / B.Sc. Nursing)

with knowledge of patient care and healthcare equipment.

MBA professional

with good IQ and knack for sales. Strong

communication & convincing skills

for inside sales. Ability to explain medical terms in a

customer-friendly

way. Good listening skills to understand patient needs. Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp communication). Compassionate approach with a

sales-driven mindset

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
