We are looking for a smart and proactive Business Development Executive (Female) with at least 2 years of experience handling the lead generation to dispatch process.
The candidate will play a key role in managing existing clients and generating new leads while ensuring smooth coordination and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete lead generation cycle from prospecting to closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, research, and digital outreach.
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth dispatch and service delivery.
Maintain accurate lead and client data, reports, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, client handling, or inside sales.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting.
Goal-driven, proactive, and professional in client interactions.
